Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Required
All returns must be requested via email before the product is shipped back. To initiate your return request, please contact info@deartistanbul.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were received.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Fees
We do not charge our customers any return shipping fees. Once your return request is approved and return instructions are shared, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send an email to info@deartistanbul.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refund

The Harvest Pumpkin Set, a handmade polyester grey-orange set designed by Derya Kurdoğlu, artist and restorer and founder of Dea'rt Istanbul, interprets the spirit of the harvest season in a modern and sophisticated way. The soft contrast of grey and orange tones blends the warmth of autumn with the elegance of home decor, while each piece, with its hand-shaped forms and meticulous painting, offers a collectible feel. Each pumpkin is hand-detailed and individually hand-painted on a premium quality polyester body. The coloring process uses eco-friendly, water-based, non-toxic professional paints that contain no harmful chemicals. Natural transitions between grey and orange tones are deepened with delicate brushstrokes; the surface is finished with an odorless and long-lasting protective coating that can be safely used indoors.
