Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Required
All returns must be requested via email before the product is shipped back. To initiate your return request, please contact info@deartistanbul.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were received.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Fees
We do not charge our customers any return shipping fees. Once your return request is approved and return instructions are shared, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send an email to info@deartistanbul.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refund

The McKenzie Pumpkin Set, a handmade four-piece set in black, white, and gold polyester, is a handcrafted decorative set designed by Derya Kurdoğlu, artist and restorer and founder of Dea'rt Istanbul. The modern and contrasting combination of black, white, and gold tones, along with the fairytale-like appeal of the pumpkin shape, creates a stylish, curated look suitable for both autumn and Christmas decorations, as well as year-round use. The set includes one large, one medium, and two mini pumpkins, allowing for layered, rich compositions on consoles, coffee tables, dining tables, shelves, and display cabinets.
Each pumpkin is handcrafted from a durable, high-quality polyester body and individually hand-painted. Environmentally friendly, water-based, non-toxic professional paints are used for coloring, free from harmful chemicals. Gold accents balance the black and white contrast, enriched with delicate brushstrokes; the surface is finished with an odorless, long-lasting protective coating suitable for indoor use. Due to the nature of handcrafting, each McKenzie pumpkin is a unique, designer-signed art object in terms of tonal transitions, brushstrokes, and textural density.
