Deart Istanbul products are handmade and handcrafted. Therefore, natural variations in color, texture, and surface details may occur. These variations are a natural part of the craftsmanship process and do not constitute a defect.

In the event of stock shortages, technical issues, or clear pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
