We want you to love your Dear Istanbul product. If you need to request a return or exchange, please review our policy below.

Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Request Required
All returns must be requested via email before the product is shipped back. To initiate your return request, please contact info@deartistanbul.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were received.

Products showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Fees
We do not charge our customers any return shipping fees. Once your return request is approved and return instructions are shared, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send an email to info@deartistanbul.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refund
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
