Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Required
All returns must be requested via email before the product is shipped back. To initiate your return request, please contact info@deartistanbul.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were received.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Fees
We do not charge our customers any return shipping fees. Once your return request is approved and return instructions are shared, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send an email to info@deartistanbul.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refund

The Copper Collection Ceramic Glitter Vase Set is a special two-piece decorative set designed by artist Derya Kurdoğlu, founder of Dea'rt Istanbul, and entirely handcrafted. The vases, in both tall and short bottle shapes, feature elegant surfaces where petrol green, bronze, and copper tones meet glittery textures, adding a warm, deep, and refined touch to living spaces.
Each vase is crafted and fired from premium ceramic. After firing, the surfaces are individually hand-colored by the artist, enriched with shimmering copper effects, and meticulously finished. All paints used are eco-friendly, water-based, and non-toxic professional acrylics; the final stage is completed with a water-based protective varnish. This makes the set completely safe, odorless, and long-lasting for indoor use.
