Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Required
All returns must be requested via email before the product is shipped back. To initiate your return request, please contact info@deartistanbul.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were received.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Fees
We do not charge our customers any return shipping fees. Once your return request is approved and return instructions are shared, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

The Diamond Textured Ceramic Vase, Handmade Dark Blue Gold, is a two-piece handmade ceramic vase set designed by Derya Kurdoğlu, artist and restorer and founder of Dea'rt Istanbul. The diamond-textured surface surrounding the soft, almost spherical body, combined with the dark blue background and gold accents, creates a modern, sculptural, and gallery-like decorative language. The large vase, measuring 24 x 18 cm, and the small vase, measuring 14 x 18 cm, create strong yet subdued focal points when used together or separately on consoles, coffee tables, dining tables, and shelves.
Each vase is hand-shaped from a premium ceramic body, fired at high temperatures, and then finished with a special surface treatment that highlights the harmony of deep blue tones and gold details. Environmentally friendly, water-based, non-toxic professional paints and glazes are used in the coloring process, free from harmful chemicals. The way the Diamond texture interacts with light creates depth and rhythm on the surface, while the protective layer applied in the final stage transforms the vases into odorless, long-lasting art objects that can be safely used indoors. Due to the nature of handcrafting, each Diamond textured vase is unique in terms of tonal transitions, texture density, and brushstrokes; each piece is a designer-signed, unique handmade ceramic object.
