Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All returns must be requested via email before the product is shipped back. To initiate your return request, please contact info@deartistanbul.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were received.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Fees
We do not charge our customers any return shipping fees. Once your return request is approved and return instructions are shared, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

The Triple Mask Polyester Handmade Copper Silver Gold Black is a sculptural decorative object designed by artist and restorer Derya Kurdoğlu, founder of Dea'rt Istanbul, where three different masks come together in a single composition.
